A listing is only the start. Your dashboard is where applications, hiring status and candidate communication live — and where trust issues surface if a listing or a workplace experience draws a report or review.
Work the applicant inbox
Each job has an applicants view with contact details, the resume version the candidate submitted, cover letter and application date. Move candidates through New, Reviewed, Contacted, Rejected and Hired so the pipeline reflects reality.
Premium adds full AI screening insights, every applicant rather than the top five, and outreach drafts. AI scores are decision support, not a hiring decision; review the underlying resume and make your own judgment.
When a candidate reports a listing
A report creates a moderation item for the board team. Reports cover missing or vague pay, wrong W-2/1099 status, wrong workplace label, misleading descriptions, scams and discrimination. The reporter’s email, if provided, is not shared with you.
If the report is valid, correct the listing promptly. Repeated violations can suspend the account. If you believe a report is mistaken, respond to the board’s notice with the listing details and the correction you made.
Company reviews
Candidates and employees can leave anonymous reviews on your public company page. Reviews are moderated for spam, personal attacks and off-topic content, then published with an overall rating and optional sub-ratings.
Do not ask employees to post fake reviews or offer incentives for positive ones. Reviews are opinions, not board statements, and the rating is calculated only from published reviews.
Candidate-facing rules
Never charge a candidate a fee to apply, to be considered, to buy leads or training, or to “reserve” a role. Do not require payment or sensitive documents before a real interview process. These practices are reportable and can end your access to the board.
Use the contact details candidates provide only for the role they applied to. Do not add applicants to unrelated marketing lists without consent.
Common questions
Can we respond publicly to a review?
The current review format does not include employer replies. If a review contains false statements or personal information, contact the board with the details and we will review it.
Who sees candidate resumes?
Your employer account can download the resume submitted with an application. Board administrators can access resumes for moderation and support. The candidate’s saved library is otherwise private.
Still need help?
Open the listing from your dashboard to correct it, or reply to the moderation notice with the job title and the change you made.
