An employer account gives you three active board-hosted listings, a company profile and a dashboard for applications. No credit card is required to start.
Create the account
Register with your company name, a work email and a password. Use the email you actually monitor — application notifications and review updates go there. Add your website and company details so candidates can verify you.
Complete your company profile: description, city and state, and a logo if you have one. A complete profile appears on your public company page and on every listing.
Write the listing
Choose a clear title, category and location. Select full-time, part-time, contract or temporary, then the workplace (onsite, remote or hybrid) and worker classification (W-2 or 1099). These are required fields, not tags.
Add the pay range and period, then write a description that covers the actual duties, required licenses, shift, physical requirements and how to apply. The description must match the fields above; a range in the form does not excuse a vague description.
Submit and publish
Before you can submit, the form displays the posting rules and requires you to accept them. The acceptance is recorded against the job with the rules version and date. If you edit the job later, the same agreement is required and the listing is rechecked.
New listings are submitted for moderation and cannot be published until the mandatory policy rules pass. Once approved, a listing stays live for 30 days unless you close it; featured placement is a separate paid option.
Applications arrive in your dashboard. You can review resumes, move candidates through New, Reviewed, Contacted, Rejected and Hired, and — on Premium — run AI screening and draft outreach.
Common questions
How many free listings do I get?
Three active board-hosted listings by default. Paid packs, featured placement, recruiting help and ATS handoff are separate.
Can I edit a live listing?
Yes. Any edit is saved and the listing is requeued for a compliance check. Material changes can take it out of compliance until corrected.
Still need help?
Open the listing from your dashboard to correct it, or reply to the moderation notice with the job title and the change you made.
