Pricing questions
Is the Premium plan the same as ATS?
No. They are separate $49/mo subscriptions. Premium unlocks AI screening and outreach inside this board. ATS sends candidates to your existing applicant-tracking system and has a one-time setup fee.
What does a free employer see?
The top five applicants for each job with an AI fit score. Summary, strengths, gaps, evidence and outreach drafts are part of Premium.
When is the recruiting fee refundable?
Full refund any time before your scheduled discovery call. Once the call happens, the setup work has started and the fee is no longer refundable.
Can I feature a job from my ATS?
No. Featured placement and recruiting are for board-hosted jobs with direct applications. ATS roles keep applications in your system.
