Reporting a job and reviewing a company
How to flag a listing that breaks policy, and how anonymous company reviews are moderated and published.

Two feedback channels keep the board useful: reports fix individual listings, and reviews tell the next candidate what an employer is actually like. Both are moderated, and neither requires you to publish your identity.
Report a listing
Open the job and use “Report this job”. Pick a reason and describe the problem in at least 20 characters. Include the exact wording, the promised pay, or what happened after you applied. An email is optional and is never shown to the employer.
Reports are rate-limited to prevent spam. Each one creates a moderation item for the board team; we may ask the employer to correct the listing, unpublish it, or suspend the account for repeated violations.
Write a review that helps
On a company profile, choose an overall rating, add pros and cons, and optionally rate work-life balance, pay, management and culture. Reviews are submitted anonymously — your name and email are not collected or displayed.
Describe your own experience. Reviews that contain threats, doxxing, discriminatory language or allegations about named individuals are rejected. Reviews are opinions, not statements by the board.
What moderation means
New reviews are held for approval before they appear. We check for spam, personal attacks and off-topic content; we do not edit the substance of a genuine review. Published reviews count toward the company’s public rating.
If you believe a published review is fake or identifies you, use the report form on the job page or contact the board and include the company and review text.
Keep your account safe
Use a unique password, verify your email, and sign out on shared devices. The board will never ask for your password by email. If you see a message that seems to come from us but asks for payment or credentials, report it.
Common questions
Will the employer know I reported them?
No. Reports are handled by the board team. Your email, if you provide one, is not shared with the employer.
Can I remove a review later?
Contact the board with the company name and review text. We can remove a review that you submitted, subject to verification.
Still need help?
Report a specific listing from its job page. For account or resume problems, include the email on your account.
