Our Creed
Last updated October 26, 2026
This platform exists for job seekers first. These ten principles are not marketing — they are enforced by the product: free tools, on-board applications, public hiring data, and visible accountability for employers who break the rules.
1. Always free for job seekers
Browsing, applying, AI resume tailoring and cover letters cost job seekers nothing. There are no candidate fees, no paid tiers, and no paywalled features for applicants — ever.
2. Apply without leaving
You should never have to leave this job board to fully apply for a job. Applications submitted here go straight to the employer, with a resume library, cover letters and application history built in.
3. External applications are a paid privilege
Listings that send you to an outside site to apply are tolerated only from companies that paid for the privilege — an active Premium subscription or an active ATS plan. Anyone else must take applications on the board.
4. AI writing tools stay free
AI tools that help applicants write better resumes and cover letters are never a paid feature. They are rate-limited to prevent abuse, but they are never paywalled.
5. Recruiters should lean on AI
In a world where recruiters hire for jobs they know nothing about, they should use every tool available. Our AI screening, candidate fit evidence and outreach drafts help recruiters make better, fairer hiring decisions.
6. Interviews are human
Job seekers deserve better than an AI interview. Interviews on this platform are always conducted by a human. We do not offer automated interviews, and we never will.
7. Grievances can be public
You have the right to publicly share your hiring experiences. Anonymous company reviews and job reports are open to every seeker, moderated for spam and abuse — never for employers’ comfort.
8. Hiring rates are public
You have the right to know what share of applicants companies actually hire. Every listing and company profile shows real hires out of real applications — no modelled numbers, so thin pipelines cannot hide.
9. No ghost listings
Companies may not post roles they are not serious about hiring for. Research bait and other ghost listings are disallowed; stale postings with no hiring activity are flagged for review and can be removed. Serious violations risk removal from the platform.
10. Warnings stay visible
When a company is found to have broken the rules, the warning is public — on the offending listing and company-wide on their profile and every job posting — until it is lifted. Seekers should never have to guess which employers to trust.
