Outside Sales Agent

Red Rock Webscapes is looking for independent sales agents to help small businesses with websites, online stores, SEO, hosting, business email, and custom app and AI projects. We provide the leads. You contact interested business owners, discuss their needs, present our services, and close the sale. We handle design, development, hosting, and technical support. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no salary or base hourly pay, and no fee to join. WHAT YOU EARN • 15% commission on collected revenue from websites, online stores, apps, AI projects, and SEO. • 15% recurring commission on monthly services for as long as your customer stays active. • 50% of collected business email setup fees. • Milestone bonuses: $250 at 5 paid sales and $500 at 15 paid sales. For example, a $2,000 website pays $300 in commission. A $1,000/month SEO customer pays $150 each month while active and paying. Commissions are calculated on money actually collected after discounts and paid monthly by the 15th, with an itemized statement. Income and lead volume are not guaranteed. WHAT WE PROVIDE • Leads assigned directly to you by email—no prospecting or list building required. • A CRM to organize leads, follow-ups, and sales. • Pricing, approved sales materials, and a written commission plan. • A team that handles the technical work and service delivery. WHAT YOU BRING • Confidence talking with small business owners by phone and in person. • Reliable follow-up within one day of receiving a lead. • Your own phone and computer. • The ability to manage your pipeline and keep in touch with customers. Sales experience helps, but it is not required. You do not need to build websites or provide technical support. Las Vegas area applicants are preferred because the role includes local, in-person follow-up. Applicants outside the area will also be considered.
